Outline planning permission has been granted for up to 205 houses for an unallocated site at Sommerby Hill, Grantham. FPCR provided landscape and visual services for the proposed development on the site of a previously dismissed appeal. Key to the successful outcome was the careful attention to views across the town and towards St Wulframs church spire and other heritage features. The site lies close to the approved Spitalgate Heath Garden Village where FPCR are also providing masterplanning, design and environmental services.
