The theme of the week this year is Movement: moving more for our mental health. At FPCR we are highlighting this by a series of lunchtime strolls from our offices. This is a time to get outside close to nature, get some gentle movement, and talk to colleagues in a relaxing environment.
Moving more is great for our mental health and can increase our energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost our self-esteem. But so many of us struggle to move enough. The link here provides some helpful guidance.
