Through refining scheme layouts, and using the very latest best practice guidance, we have the skills to design layouts for housing and mixed-use schemes which are feasible, deliverable schemes. We can prepare proving layouts which demonstrate the deliverability of schemes on the ground, taking into account 3-dimensional opportunities and constraints posed by existing site conditions.
