Garden Villages
FPCR are currently involved in the masterplanning of several Garden Village proposals. As part of the Government’s exciting new initiative to address the national housing shortage, Garden Villages will dramatically change the way in which new places are created.
The creation of new community-led settlements provide an opportunity to deliver distinctive exemplar developments. Garden villages aspire to be recognised nationally as sustainable vibrant communities, in places that people would like to live and visit. Following the original Garden City concept, a key design ethos is to allow people to enjoy all of the benefits of healthy country living.
