Witham St Hughs located in the North Kesteven district of Lincolnshire has received planning consent to increase the size of the existing village. FPCR were first appointed in 2013, and have provided Masterplanning & Design services along with Environmental consultancy advice including Landscape & Visual, Ecology and Arboricultural assessments.

The site is 70ha and the scheme will consist of 1,250 new homes, along with extensive public open space including, sports fields, children’s play areas and other informal recreational facilities.
