South Fernwood has received outline planning consent after a committee meeting. FPCR were appointed in 2014 providing Masterplanning, Architectural, Landscape and Ecological consultancy services. The site is 94ha and the scheme will consist of 1800 new homes, a primary school, local shops and 32ha of Green Infrastructure including outdoor sports and other recreational facilities. FPCR are currently assisting with the first phase reserved matters application.
