We’ve supported our client Newlands Developments with the submission of a hybrid planning application for 2.2m sq. ft. of high quality employment space at Equites Park Goldthorpe, located off the A635, on the western edge of Goldthorpe, Barnsley.
 
The scheme will generate approximately 1,200 direct long-term jobs for Barnsley in a diverse range of positions, in addition to an estimated 1,350 direct jobs during the construction phase.
 
Working collaboratively with the wider consultant team, FPCR have provided expertise on Landscape & Visual, Ecology and Arboriculture, helping to deliver a scheme that responds positively to its surroundings, incorporating high quality green infrastructure, and maximises potential for Biodiversity Net Gain.
