Full planning approval has been granted for Phase 1A of the residential development (170 dwellings) and an associated large area of Community Parkland at North Worcestershire Golf Course.
FPCR have been working closely with Bloor Homes since 2018 when we provided Masterplanning services and expert Landscape, Ecology and Arboricultural evidence to support their Outline Application at North Worcestershire Golf Course. More recently we have compiled Design and Access Statements for both the Community Parkland and Phase 1A Housing Proposals for the Detailed Planning Application that was submitted to Birmingham City Council in May 2021. Our Detailed Landscape Proposals for the Community Parkland utilised the existing landscape features, that included Hanging Brook and a considerable number of protected trees, to create a large area of Community Parkland which has rich habitat opportunities, a unique character and an array of facilities for local residents to enjoy.
