Consent has just been received for 75 dwellings at Killinghall Harrogate, following an appeal in September for Gladman Developments.
The site lies on the southern edge of the village within a designated “Special Landscape Area”. The practice carried out the ecological and arboriculture surveys, landscape assessment and produced the masterplan. FPCR also presented evidence at the planning appeal. The scheme incorporated a public footpath and provided a new softer edge to the village, with areas of new greenspace and planting. The full inspectors decision can be found here
