Reserved Matters consent for 95 dwellings in Mid Sussex

FPCR provided architectural services for the reserved matters application for the second phase of development at Land East of Kings Way, Burgess Hill for Persimmon Homes.

Bespoke apartment design used weatherboard cladding and housing elevations included clay tile hanging to reflect the local character.

Planning approval was achieved in February 2017.
