FPCR and Waterman Group have been appointed by the University of Leicester and Leicester City Council to prepare public realm proposals for University Road, as part of the University’s vision to provide a seamless ‘one campus’ feel. FPCR are delighted to again be working with the University, having previously developed proposals for the podium at the David Wilson Library. As well as enhancing the environment for all users, the scheme will make University Road a safer and more pleasant environment for pedestrians and cyclists.
