Work is now well underway on the western expansion of Uttoxeter, including a new access off the A50 and the first phase of new homes. FPCR led the masterplanning and environmental assessment for this major project on behalf of St Modwen Developments Ltd, and assisted in securing both the initial allocation and then the outline consent. 700 new homes, a new primary school, 10 ha of employment and 16.3 ha of green infrastructure will be delivered over the life of the scheme.

FPCR have also secured a Great Crested Newt licence to enable construction work to proceed on programme following a late discovery of the protected species.
