New residential development is now well underway at Weddington, Nuneaton where FPCR acted as landscape, ecology and arboricultural consultants for two new housing schemes.

The two new housing schemes (Church Fields and Lower Farm) will ultimately deliver some 700 homes and include a new doctors surgery, a primary school and public open space. The practice also provided landscape evidence at the 2012 planning appeal for the development at Church Fields which was subsequently allowed.
