Congratulations to Hattie, in our Architecture team, who has completed her RIBA Part 3 Professional Practice and is now fully qualified as an Architect! The achievement concludes the journey to becoming an Architect; a culmination of 6 years of study, 3 University degrees and 2 work placements. Hattie joined FPCR’s Architecture team as a graduate after completing her RIBA Part 2 M.Arch at the University of Nottingham in the summer of 2018. She began the final step towards qualifying as an Architect last year, working full-time whilst studying for the duration of the 12-month course. The qualification required her to complete a series of assignments, an evaluative study of a real-life project and a 3-day office-based exam, all of which came to a head at a professional interview in front of a board of examiners at the beginning of November.
“It’s been very tricky to juggle a full-time position with lots of assignments and studying this past year, but the hard work and late nights certainly paid off in the end! My friends and colleagues at FPCR have offered their guidance throughout and have made sure that I gain the right level of experience that the course requires. Achieving my RIBA Part 3 qualification is my greatest professional achievement to date and I couldn’t have done it without FPCR’s continued support”.
Our award-winning architecture team has been working hard on diverse and exciting projects since our formation as an architecture firm back in 1957. The last 12 months has seen even more great projects come our way resulting in fantastic opportunities to expand our talented and creative team. We’re thrilled that Hattie is an integral part of that growth.
Well done Hattie, a fantastic and much deserved achievement.
