FPCR played a central role in securing outline permission for this residential development of up to 75 new homes in Harbury, Leamington Spa which is nearing completion on site. Our work included masterplanning, landscape and visual assessment, ecological and other environmental studies. New housing is set within a robust landscape framework of retained hedgerows and new structural planting, which helps integrate development with the nearby conservation area. Three mature oak trees at the centre of the site have been retained as a focal point within the new village green and play area.
