As part of our suite of environmental assessment services, we undertake Landscape Character Assessment, for the purposes of determining the capacity of landscape to accommodate change, such as built development.
Our robust methodology has been used at site level and for district-wide Landscape Capacity Studies, helping our clients to understand landscape value and landscape sensitivity, with a view to determining the most suitable location for built development.
Our written assessments are supported by character maps, landscape typology plans and topography plans, producing using GIS and CAD software.
