Environmental Impact Assessment is a crucial element of the planning process, leading to more efficient and sustainable designs that work with the environment.

FPCR was carrying out environmental assessments for major projects years before the process was encompassed within the planning system.

FPCR has extensive skills in identifying, predicting and evaluating environment impacts through consultations, surveys, and impact analysis in accordance with the EIA Regulations. This includes EIA development of residential, retail and employment schemes. We have experience developing effective mitigation techniques to include monitoring and management.
