FPCR prepared the Masterplan for the development of 1000 new homes, primary school and community facilities on the edge of Rugby.
FPCR were responsible for the production of an adopted Design Guide, including principles for new squares, parkland and cycleway /pedestrian routes.
FPCR also provided the detailed urban design of key public spaces within the development as well as detailed landscape design as part of reserved matters applications.
