Everards Meadows – located on land south of Soar Valley Way, Enderby, Leicestershire – comprises a new home for Everards Brewery, a café/bar and cycle centre together with extensive areas of green infrastructure extending down to the River Soar. FPCR carried out extensive surveys and prepared the original opportunities and constraints analysis for the scheme as well as being lead designers during the outline planning stage.

The extensive green infrastructure proposals include detailed landscape proposals for the new development together with approximately 30 Ha of greenspace being opened up for public access in the Soar Valley floodplain. As part of the new access arrangements a new footway/ cycle bridge has been constructed over the River Soar connecting with the national sustrans pedestrian and cycleway enabling easy travel into the City of Leicester.
