Hele Park forms the first phase of a wider mixed used urban extension on the western edge of Newton Abbot, consisting of 365 new homes and associated infrastructure.
FPCR were appointed by Taylor Wimpey as the project’s landscape architects.
Our role has been to inform the strategic proposals and prepare the accompanying detailed landscape design of the project’s green infrastructure and on-plot landscape. This has included a robust new landscape framework of public open spaces, SuDS swales, orchards, allotments, play areas and streets.
FPCR are continuing our involvement with assisting Taylor Wimpey on their next phase of development.
