NAMRC, Infinity Park, Derby, wins Construction Project of the Year at the East Midlands Property Awards 2023

FPCR are involved in the planning and implementation of the extensive employment area of Infinity Park, Derby, with the practice offering landscape, ecology and arboricultural services for the wider site and individual development plots.

We are delighted to announce that one of our projects, the Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (NAMRC) was voted Construction Project of the Year (2023) at East Midlands Property Awards, which promotes the very best the East Midlands has in real estate, construction and design. “Built against a backdrop of major challenges from rising costs and global turmoil, the project (NAMRC) highlights the importance of strong public-private partnerships. The centre is part of a developing nuclear cluster on Infinity Park alongside Rolls-Royce’s Nuclear Skills Academy”.

Our services at NAMRC included detailed landscape design, ecological surveys and biodiversity net gain assessments.
