Phil Rech Positivity Awards

Positivity Awards

The winners have been announced for this year’s Phil Rech Positivity Awards. Held in Phil’s name, our former partner who we lost in 2019, the awards recognise the positive approach which Phil always showed and thew awards are based on nominations made by colleagues. This has been a great year for the awards, with over 140 different people nominated, showing the breadth of appreciation for colleagues who always just go that bit further. Nominations cover those who always put that little extra into each job, who consistently provide help when needed, or just bring a smile to team by being there. It has been really good this year to see so many new team members getting nominated, showing how a positive culture can continue to grow.

Everyone who was nominated is really a winner. A sample of the nominations are set out below, along with the list of winners. Looking forward to a positive 2026 at FPCR.
