Our positivity Awards take inspiration from our former colleague Phil and celebrate those in the practice, across all levels and disciplines, whose positivity makes each day that bit better for those they work with.
All the winners are nominated by their colleagues, and some lovely comments are made. The winners are those who have received a good number of nominations. There are too many people to name each winner, but a special mention must go to Andy Brennan, Ecology Director in our York office, who has been nominated each of the last three years.
A flavour of the nominations below,
Andy Brennan – “Andy is always very approachable and helpful, which makes any challenging situations being easy to overcome with his support. He creates a great atmosphere in the office by being kind, respectful, understanding and having a great sense of humour.”
Claire Heeks – “Always there to help regardless. Patient and helps beyond the call of duty. She never makes me feel like I am being a bother.”
Izzie Stables – “It has been a joy getting to know Izzie during her first survey season. She has brought enthusiasm and laughter to every survey and day in the office.”
