Work has started in earnest at Berry Hill, Mansfield to construct a mixed-use development comprising 1,700 new homes, a brand new primary school, children’s nursery, health centre and care facilities, hi-tech research and development, offices and industrial spaces as well as leisure and retail.

FPCR have been involved in developing proposals for the site since 1996, since when the scheme has evolved significantly! We have provided ongoing masterplanning, ecology, arboricultural and environmental assessment services, securing outline planning permission for the sustainable urban extension.

Our practice continues to provide ecological, masterplanning and landscape design services, and we have recently submitted a reserved matters application for landscape works for the initial phase.
