FPCR were instructed by Blu Marble Construction to provide conceptual and detailed design services for the restoration of Grade II Listed Packington Hall and the development of number of luxury residential properties on the surrounding land. FPCR worked closely with the Blu Marble and CT Planning to propose an external hard and soft scheme which responded to the heritage of the site and created an external aesthetic which added to the high quality of the development.
The proposals included an open driveway approach to the hall which is reflective of the 18th Century principles of landscape design, two semi private courtyards with tree species and planting of the period as well as functional spaces for parking and private gardens.
The photographs below show the site pre commencement through to the current stage of construction. It’s great to see the considerable progress that’s been made on site and we’re really looking forward to seeing the implementation of the landscape proposals later on this year.
