Green light for semi-subterranean dwelling

FPCR recently provided visualisations for a scheme to replace an agricultural storage building, with a semi subterranean dwelling, for a private client in Derbyshire. Four previous applications had been refused on the site. The planning committee approved the scheme, against the officer recommendation.

The visualisations provided persuasive evidence of the benefits of the scheme, removing a modern unattractive concrete building, and opening up a public view across the Valley, a Special Landscape Area.
