Exciting news that Ridge Hill, Stourbridge was given Reserved Matters approval at planning committee on 18th November for 103 dwellings. The application involved detailed design work for both Vistry Partnerships and Homes England.
Our Architecture team provided masterplanning and detailed design services for the brownfield project on a former hospital site. The site had multiple complexities including topography, access, ecological designations and a retained primary school and NHS care facility. FPCR were able to review the existing Outline Application submitted and to submit a reserved matters application that accorded with both the design aspirations of Homes England and the local authority whilst also providing a practical and buildable solution for Vistry Partnerships, which included Housetype design, apartment drawings and detailed layouts.
