Lindhurst (also known as Berry Hill), located on the south side of Mansfield, is an employment-led mixed-use Sustainable Urban Extension comprising 23 hectares of land for new businesses, up to 1,760 homes, a community park, shops, bus links, green routes and land allocated for a school.
FPCR were responsible for masterplanning, Design and Access Statement and the production of an adopted Design Guide. The practice was also responsible for Environment Statement Coordination, Ecological Assessment and Landscape & Visual Assessment. The first Reserved Matters application has been granted, and enabling works have recently commenced on site.
