This years winners have been announced in the Phil Rech positivity awards. Phil was one our founding directors who approached every job with endless enthusiasm, always looking for the best in every situation and everybody he dealt with. Phil is no longer with us, but we recognise those with the most positive attitudes in the practice with the annual Positivity Awards. All the winners are nominated by colleagues, and cover categories such as “the person who goes above and beyond”, “provides the most positive feedback”, and “has the brightest new ideas”. We also have prizes for the person that brings the most smiles to the teams. This year we also had a special “Lockdown Legend” award , which went to Elliott our IT manager, who set us all up to work from home, before it was required, and has kept us all on track though this very different year since.
