West Devon Borough Council last week granted reserved matters planning permission for 110 new homes in Tavistock, Devon, for David Wilson Homes.

The FPCR Exeter team provided landscape / masterplanning and arboricultural assistance as part of the multi-disciplinary team, and ensured the multi-functional Green Infrastructure was designed to satisfy the various landscape and ecological requirements that formed part of the outline permission to integrate the development into the Devon countryside.
