Working on behalf of Worcester University, outline consent was granted this week for 105 new dwellings on land no longer required for University purposes at Bromyard Road.

The scheme includes a range of green infrastructure, including retained tussocky grassland for slow worms. The layout addresses the sloping site and ties into new development to the west and south.
