We are delighted that our scheme at Burton on the Wolds for Jelson Homes has been granted consent following appeal.

The scheme for 56 dwellings has been sensitively designed to be sensitive to its location on the edge of Prestwold Hall registered historic park and to maintain views along the right of way that links the village and the park. Careful work by our Arb team has ensured the tree loss at the access along Loughborough Road would be kept to an absolute minimum, ensuring the Green approach to the village is maintained. FPCR provided masterplanning, landscape, ecology and arb services.
