FPCR have been supporting the promotion of land for development on the edge of Buckingham, for Hallam Land Management Ltd.
FPCR co-ordinated the Environmental Impact Assessment and prepared the Masterplan and Design & Access Statement as a part of the Outline Planning Application for a new mixed-use development. Further services included a Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment, an Ecological Assessment, a Tree Survey and co-ordination and attendance at a number of Public Consultation events.
The site was granted outline consent by Aylesbury Vale District Council for 700 new homes; B1 employment use; a health care facility; a 210 place Primary School and Children’s Nursery; and green infrastructure of sports pitches, open space, rights of way and woodland.
FPCR subsequently produced the approved Design Code and Landscape Principle Plans as part of the S106 Agreement, which involved close liaison with AVDC Design and Planning Officers.
