Last weekend FPCR hosted it’s 4th Summer Party ‘Lockstock’, a 70’s themed festival, for staff, family and friends. The weather truly came through for us this year with blue skies high over the grounds of Lockington Hall and a warm summer breeze sweeping across the parkland.
The70’s festival theme meant there were lots of colourful decorations and signs, with giant dream catchers hanging from the trees and building, and cider and fruit juices lining the cool boxes. Fun and games were the order of the day including giant kerplunk, welly wanging, face painting and bouncy castle with slide to name but a few and music throughout the day and late into the night from Kit Trio and El Duderino …A real summery BBQ was on the menu, that included huge bowls of salad, burgers and paella. To top it off one of our very own Landscape Architects, Sophie, produced towers of meringue filled with fresh fruit and cream for a perfect finish.
All in all it was a fantastic day and lots of fun was had by everyone.
