Consent For New Homes At Doncaster, Melksham And Gloucester

Consent For New Homes

Totalling some 1,100 new homes, FPCR have provided environmental and design services for Hallam Land Management Ltd to secure outline consent for three exciting new residential schemes.

The Melksham project (450 new homes) is the second phase of FPCR’s successful and now largely built East Melksham urban extension that comprises 1,000 new homes, primary school, local centre and a new eastern Relief Road for the town. The recently consented second phase delivers an extension to the new Relief Road, new housing and green infrastructure. The Doncaster project comprises 400 new homes, open space and parks around an existing woodland, whilst the scheme at Gloucester has consent for 250 new homes. In all of these projects FPCR were involved at the very outset of the scheme undertaking initial masterplanning and site surveys and then continuing our involvement through to planning consent and s106 agreements. Our services have included producing Environmental Statements, Masterplans, Design & Access Statements, Landscape & Visual Impact Assessments, Ecological Assessments (to include extensive protective species surveys), Aboricultural Assessments, together with Public Engagement and liaison with local authorities through the planning process.
