Inspector finds lack of harm to the area`s character and appearance and allows appeal for up to 78 homes at Stotfold in Central Bedfordshire. The Inspector concluded that the scheme would only have a limited adverse effect in the longer term following landscape mitigation and would maintain a gap between the village and the next settlement. She also concluded that the proposal would accord with the development plan as a whole.
