About us

Lucy is an Associate Director in Landscape, specialising in landscape planning. She has over 13 years’ experience at FPCR, having joined as a graduate following a career change.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture and a Postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture, and is currently undertaking an MA in Planning Built Environments. Lucy is a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).

Lucy specialises in landscape planning and assessment, including Landscape and Visual Appraisals (LVA), Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA), Townscape and Visual Appraisals (TVA), landscape strategies and green infrastructure planning. Her work focuses primarily on large-scale residential and mixed-use developments

She plays a key role in ensuring early consideration of landscape constraints and opportunities, helping to shape creative and robust landscape-led solutions. Her approach is underpinned by a clear, transparent professional judgement and strong, collaborative working.

Lucy is Secretary for the East Midlands branch of the Landscape Institute, a Pathway to Chartership mentor, and a Parent Champion.

Outside of work, she enjoys organising CPD events, visiting new schemes, walking her dog (who often joins her on site visits!), and exploring creative interests including gallery visits and pottery.
