Keith has over 17 years’ experience of providing landscape, urban design, masterplanning and architectural services on a variety of residential and mixed use developments across the UK. This has included co-ordinating Environmental Statements, producing Capacity Studies, Landscape & Visual Impact Assessments, Masterplans, Design & Access Statements, Design Codes, Urban Design Frameworks, Proving Layouts, Reserved Matters Layouts and detailed public realm design.
Keith has provided masterplanning services on a number of residential, employment and mixed use schemes, ranging from major urban expansion schemes such as Bilston Urban Village and Clifton South, Nottingham through to medium scale residential and employment schemes such as i54 Technology Park, Wolverhampton. Public realm projects include Swan Square, Burslem and the University of Teesside.
He has recently provided landscape and visual expert witness evidence at several public inquiries and is currently working on a number of residential led masterplanning schemes.
