Jordan has worked at FPCR since 2014 and has over seven years consultancy experience. She specialises in botany, currently holding a BSBI FISC level 4 accreditation, having extensive experience in Phase 1 habitat assessment, National Vegetation Classification (NVC) surveys and other Phase II botanical, hedgerows and woodland surveys. In addition to botany, Jordan has a keen interest in badger ecology and monitoring methods and is regularly the lead ecologist on badger mitigation works and regularly holds Natural England badger sett closure, disturbance and live-dig licences.
Jordan manages both major, multi-phased developments for large developers, and smaller projects for individuals and charities and is experienced in liaising with planning authorities and Natural England, and responding to planning consultation responses. Written experience comprises of the preparation and completion of Natural England licence applications in relation to badger and GCN, Ecological Appraisals and protected species reports, ecology chapters for EIA’s and reporting information to support Habitat Regulations Assessments.
