On a very bright and sunny morning of Sunday 17th April (perfect conditions!), 22 members of staff from the Practice took part in the annual Derby 10km – for the 7th year running! For several this year it was their first race – joined by many regulars from previous years. Formed into six teams and competing in the Business Team Challenge, our teams were placed 4th, 7th, 8th, 40th, 48th and 72nd from 74 teams. Our highest placed team just narrowly missed the 3rd spot by only 43 seconds! Funds were raised for Macmillan Cancer Research too.

Everyone had fun and there were even a number of personal bests! A great achievement for all. They will lacing up their shoes in readiness for another go in 2017!!
