Our Landscape Architecture team developed the landscape strategy and general arrangement plan, supported by detailed open space planting proposals, cross sections, typical site details, a Design and Access Statement and Landscape and Visual Appraisal.
The practice’s Ecology team prepared the Ecological Appraisal, Biodiversity Net Gain calculations and Landscape and Ecological Management Plan, while our Arboriculture team undertook the Arboricultural Assessment. The proposals create a substantial new area of accessible natural greenspace, combining recreational opportunities with new and enhanced habitats and a landscape-led approach to the site.
