FPCR was initially commissioned by Enjoy Design during RIBA Stages 2–4 to design the external works for this 600-pupil college. The appointment was subsequently extended to RIBA Stage 5, with the project delivered through construction by Caddick Construction under a Design and Build contract.

The landscape design responds to a sloping site, incorporating extensive areas for biodiversity, recreation and outdoor learning, alongside car parking and site access. Vehicular circulation, including a dedicated drop-off area, is located between the main building entrance and a substantial area of new tree and scrub planting.

A high-quality entrance plaza has been created in front of the main building, featuring picnic tables and seating, with amenity planting providing a softer setting and visual separation from the adjacent car park and drop-off area.

The scheme was completed in summer 2025 and is now in use.
