Oxfordshire Strategic Rail Freight Interchange (OxSRFI)

FPCR provided illustrative masterplan support for the Oxfordshire Strategic Rail Freight Interchange (OxSRFI), a nationally significant infrastructure proposal incorporating a new rail terminal and approximately 6.5 million sq ft of warehousing and distribution space.

The site is expected to accommodate around 9,600 jobs once operational, with around 49 per cent of those roles being warehouse-based.

Gross Value Added as a measure of economic value from the proposals is estimated to be around £361 million per annum to the local economy.
