FPCR provided integrated architecture and landscape services for Redrow Homes in support of a full planning application for 88 new homes at Blowers Wood, Hempstead.
Our Architecture team developed the detailed residential layout, Design and Access Statement, CGIs, streetscenes and housetype pack, creating a design response informed by the character of the site and its surroundings.
Alongside this, our Landscape Architecture team developed the landscape strategy, including illustrative play proposals and detailed planting plans for homes and public open spaces, and prepared the Landscape and Visual Appraisal.
The proposals bring together new homes, public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage as part of a considered, landscape-led development. Planning permission was successfully secured in 2024.
