Great news that London Road Markfield was given full planning consent at the Hinckley and Bosworth planning committee on the 30th March. The proposal was a full application for 282 dwellings and open space.
FPCRs multi-disciplinary team have worked with the client Jelson and the team for a number of years on the site, with a landscape led masterplan centring on substantial green corridor, orientated north to south, through the heart of the development which will provide a new countryside park. This will provide a well-connected mosaic of spaces for recreation, play and habitat creation, with around 8.27 hectares of Green Infrastructure proposed.
