FPCR prepared a landscape appraisal together with landscape proposals for a Paragraph 55 (NPPF) development comprising of a single residential dwelling set within private grounds at Bitteswell, near Lutterworth.

Our work supported the full planning application, submitted in 2016, which has recently been granted consent.
