FPCR become an Employee-owned practice

FPCR are delighted to announce that this week we have become an employee-owned business. Our people and culture are vital to the service we provide, and we feel this is the best way forward for the future of the practice. Employee Ownership will enable the whole team to share in the future growth and success of the business, whilst the practice can remain responsive, independent, and adaptable.

Since the establishment of the practice, nearly 65 years ago, we have constantly moved with the times, in the services we provide and the way we have managed the practice. Employee ownership is an exciting next step in this tradition.

The directors and senior leadership team remain the same, with the FPCR Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) becoming the majority shareholder in the practice.

FPCRs integrated team of environmental and design professionals are well placed to deal with the changes that lie ahead in planning, and the environmental sector. We have the skills to help “Build Better and Build Beautiful”, and our ecology team includes specialists in a wide range of areas, including Biodiversity Net Gain. We continue to develop our own digital ways of working to enhance quality and efficiency.

We believe the transition to an EOT will be a very positive move for all our clients and team members, as everyone benefits from working with people who share in the success of what they do. By providing a great service to clients, we are looking forward to the practice prospering over the next 65 years and beyond.
