Consent for Cranbrook, Kent

FPCR were very pleased to hear that reserved matters planning consent has been granted at Planning Committee recently for a residential development at Cranbrook, Kent.  FPCR have provided landscape services on this project for a number of years but recently worked with Clague Architects to develop detailed proposals for the development by Hill.

The proposed development features a number of character areas which are identified through the relationship between the built development and distinctive areas of open space to create a strong sense of place.

The site is located within the High Weald AONB and special consideration was given to the landscape proposals with FPCR working closely with the architects, ecologists and engineers to ensure appropriate open spaces and ecological habitats were included within the green infrastructure proposals.
