With a farming background Jonathan joined FPCR in 2007 as a landscape architect and has a wide range of experience in environmental assessment, masterplanning, detailed landscape design, project implementation, and landscape management. He has a keen interest in the creation of distinctive and engaging landscapes that assimilate ecological systems and processes with the built environment.

Jonathan has worked as part of multi-disciplinary teams on numerous major developments including, commercial, mixed-use and urban extension schemes and is comfortable working at a variety of scales, from strategic masterplanning to detailed design and construction.

Recent project work includes Peterborough Gateway (a mixed use scheme including provision of over 35 ha of open space and green infrastructure) and Everards Meadows (a detailed planning application for the construction of a new brewery and associated uses on land south of Soar Valley Way, Enderby, Leicestershire).
