About us

Elliott is Director of Technology, Data & Innovation at FPCR, with over 11 years’ experience in the IT industry spanning schools, managed service providers and consultancy environments. Since joining FPCR in 2018 as IT Manager, he has played a central role in shaping and evolving the practice’s technology infrastructure to support business growth, operational resilience and regulatory compliance. 

Starting his career as an apprentice, Elliott progressed through a variety of technical and leadership roles before joining FPCR. Over the course of his time with the practice, he has grown the IT team, led multiple technology transformation projects and implemented systems that improve efficiency, collaboration and long-term scalability across the business. 

In recent years, Elliott has contributed to several practice-wide strategic initiatives, including the implementation of new financial and CRM platforms. These projects helped transition the business from fragmented and paper-based processes to integrated web-based systems, providing greater visibility, connectivity and operational insight across the practice. 

His expertise includes IT transformation, strategic technology leadership, business intelligence, data management and analysis, AI strategy and implementation, stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship management. He is responsible for leading FPCR’s IT strategy, maintaining key technology partnerships and delivering data-driven insights that identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. 

Alongside his core role, Elliott has also supported a number of specialist conservation projects, developing standalone streaming and monitoring solutions in challenging environments to improve visibility of wildlife activity and provide ongoing technical support.
